Effective July 1st, 2018 redeterminations will need to be uploaded to a new site. The new site will now allow you to electronically complete your application and upload all supporting documentation to OEL's Family Portal.

If you are unable to upload the documents, you may visit one of our service centers and use our scanners. No appointments are necessary. Please refer to our service center locations and hours of operation.
Failure to submit your application or submitting an incomplete application will result in your application not being processed or accepted.
